Aleesha young has firmly made her mark in the competitive bodybuilding industry as a top women. Aleesha was born into a sporting family back in 1984. Her father was a bodybuilding competitor and her brothers played sports like hockey on ice. Aleesha has played many sports, including soccer, basketball and softball. Aleesha's pro card was earned following her win at the NPC USA Championships. She began to compete in the year 2008 but started competing since the year 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was placed 9th. In 2015, she maintained her 9th-place finish. Aleesha was 6th place in both of 2015 and 2016 at her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 when she won her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. The most impressive performance of Aleesha was during WOS The Phoenix Rising in 2020. She finished 4th, which was her highest performance. However, the "World's strongest mom" decided to take a break from training for medical motives.
