Aleesha young has solidly established herself in the professional bodybuilding industry as one of the best females. Aleesha Young was born the year 1984 in the family of sports. The father and her siblings played ice-hockey, but her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha was a sports fan before, such as softball, soccer and basketball. Aleesha was granted her professional card after winning her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. She began to compete in the year 2008 but started competing since 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro at which she placed 9th. In 2015, she maintained her 9th place finish. Aleesha got herself into the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2015 & 2016. As she continued to improve, Aleesha won her first pro-level show in the year 2019 after she took home her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance was in 2020. Her finish was in fourth place. The "World's strongest mother" did take a hiatus from bodybuilding for health reasons.
