Aleesha was able to establish herself as the best female professional bodybuilder during the second part of the year. Aleesha, born in 1984, comes from an athlete family. Her father had a career in bodybuilding and her brothers were involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha has played many sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha obtained her professional license after winning her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. She began to compete in the year 2008 but has been competing since 2008. She also participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro which she placed 9th. In 2015, she maintained her ninth place. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2016 and 2015 in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha was steady improvement since she won her first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after winning at the Chicago Pro Championships. The most impressive performance of Aleesha was during WOS The Phoenix Rising in 2020. Fourth place was her highest place. The "World's most powerful mom" decided to take a break from bodybuilding for health-related reason.
